John – On his first day in the White House, President Joe Biden canceled the nearly completed Keystone XL pipeline that would have dramatically increased America's energy availability. To no one's surprise, gas prices – and everything from building materials to food – quickly rose, especially impacting working families across South Carolina and the United States, leaving us at the mercy of dictators. John, this is particularly frustrating considering that under President Donald J. Trump, his America First energy policies had our country energy independent for the first time in six decades. But Joe Biden and Democrats threw that all away, again making America dependent on foreign sources of oil from the most volatile – or antagonistic – regions of the world.
