John,

Do you remember the unprecedented censorship of negative news stories about
Joe Biden during the 2020 election?

If not let me refresh your memory.

In October 2020, the New York Post obtained information regarding a laptop
that belonged to Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden.

This laptop reportedly contained evidence of drug abuse, sexually explicit
images, corruption, and even a “trove” of emails detailing questionable
business relationships in Ukraine and China.

It was a bombshell that could have affected the outcome of the election.

But you and I were forced to watch as Big Tech launched an all-out censorship
effort, with the corporate media acting as the wind at their backs.

They suspended the New York Post’s account and worked with liberal media
outlets to design the narrative that the story was “Russian Disinformation.”

Big Tech did their best to censor and erase ANY mention of the story from the
internet.

As you know, the Center for American Liberty is leading the charge to defend
free speech against Big Tech! And today, we need your help more than ever as
our lawsuit against Twitter is going to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals soon.

But let me take a step back.

If you aren’t already familiar with our case against Twitter, here are the
facts:

Our client, Rogan O’Handley left a lucrative career to fight for freedom and
to advocate for his country.

But one day, after the 2020 Presidential election, Rogan posted on Twitter
questioning the validity of Joe Biden’s “victory” and pointing out instances of
voter fraud.

Administrators in the office of Election Cybersecurity, at the behest of (now)
Senator Alex Padilla’s office, reached out to Twitter to get Rogan’s post
removed.

Of course, Big Tech agreed to collude with the government and censored Rogan
for raising completely reasonable questions about the election!

But this is nothing new.

As early as 2015, conservative pundits reported that their speech was being
suppressed by Twitter, meaning they were limiting the number of people
conservatives could reach.

But in 2020, Big Tech evolved into an all-out, unabashed censorship machine.

I don’t know what more proof you need: Twitter and other Big Tech
organizations have become the censorship wing of the radical left.

Today, I’m reaching out to you because we’re in the middle of one of the most
significant free speech cases in recent history.

And we need your help to put an end to the Big Tech censorship regime.

Frankly, even though the Center for American Liberty is battling a
billion-dollar corporation and wealthy elitist politicians, we are a small
organization, and we are supported entirely by donations from you and other
like you.

Without your support, we wouldn’t be able to keep the lights on in the office
or buy the paper to print our lawsuits.

Your support is absolutely essential to our organization, and to winning the
enormous legal battles in front of us.

That’s why I hope you’ll chip in $35 or more today as we work around the clock
to defend our First Amendment rights and strike back against Big Tech.

We may be a small group of freedom fighters going against one of the most
influential Big Tech corporations in the world...

But this is not our first fight against Big Tech.

You may remember that we sued PayPal... AND WON!

We stepped in when they shut down our client, James Staake’s business.

James Staake started a business making handcrafted wooden American flags to
supplement his income for his young & growing family.

But one day, PayPal froze thousands of dollars of James’s hard-earned money.

At the same time, Shopify removed specific flags from James’s
website—including the state flag of Texas.

But, because of your support we stepped in to sue PayPal and we forced them to
release the money James’s customers had paid him.

So, as you can see, we have successfully taken on Big Tech in the past.

Support from patriots like you is what helped us ensure that our rights were
protected from Big Tech.

But today, we need your support again. As our case against Twitter goes to the
Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, would you please consider giving a gift of $35
or more today?

Frankly, we’ve seen the true colors of the billionaire elites and politicians
who stand behind the scenes at organizations like Facebook & Twitter.

They have made themselves the enemies of truth and freedom time and time again.

And now, even the New York Times is admitting the authenticity of the Hunter
Biden laptop story.

We are in the fight of our lives to protect our First Amendment rights and put
an end to this politburo style censorship.

We can’t do any of this without you, and I can’t thank you enough for your
support.

Sincerely,

Harmeet K. Dhillon
