John, the Senate Judiciary Committee just wrapped up the first day of Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson’s confirmation hearings.
We’re witnessing history in the making – but GOP Senators and pundits, like Josh Hawley and Tucker Carlson, are trying to sabotage it with racist, misogynistic attacks:
We refuse to let disinformation and vitriol derail Judge Jackson’s confirmation, but we can’t do this alone. We’re calling for 15,000 Women’s Marchers to sign our petition, stating loud and clear: We support Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson.
Women are constantly asked to prove themselves. If we want to advance in the world, we have to be the best of the best – and then some. Still, our accomplishments are diminished because of our gender, and even more so if you’re a woman of color.
Right now, systemic racism and misogyny is on full display as we fight to confirm Judge Jackson as the first Black woman to the Supreme Court. Tucker Carlson is demanding to see her LSAT scores. Josh Hawley is trying to distort her record. These claims aren’t just deeply insulting – they’re rooted in hate and discrimination.
John, this is a critical moment for us to build our feminist future and confirm a Justice who will defend women’s rights on the Court. Especially now, with the conservative-controlled Supreme Court deciding on a case that will determine the future of Roe v. Wade – we can’t waver in this defining moment.
As conservatives threaten to derail Judge Jackson’s confirmation, we need to fight back and show our overwhelming support. Will you be one of the 15,000 Women’s Marchers we need to sign on and declare their support for Judge Jackson?
Together,
Women’s March
