Even as far-right extremists like Rudy Giuliani were trying to undermine our democracy and overturn the 2020 presidential election, Josh kept taking them on and winning the big fights for Pennsylvanians.

He has defended our democracy for his entire career — right here in the birthplace of it. Pennsylvania is counting on him to keep doing it — but the stakes are higher than ever before.

Josh protected the right to vote and defended Pennsylvania’s election result as our Attorney General — winning in court dozens of times before and after Election Day. He even argued all the way up to the Supreme Court, ensuring all legal votes were counted and the result of our safe, secure election was certified.

To this day, Josh is continuing to call out dangerous lies that undermine our democracy and provide steady, strong, and competent leadership to protect voting rights in Pennsylvania.

Just look at the Republicans’ sham “audit.” When Republicans tried to subpoena the social security and driver’s license numbers of 9 million Pennsylvanians , Josh took them to court to stop them. That’s the kind of leadership and decisive action Josh brings to his work every day.
