John,

Today, the Senate Judiciary Committee started the Supreme Court nomination hearings for Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson.

In his first Supreme Court nomination as president, I commend President Biden on his excellent choice and for keeping a campaign trail promise. I am confident that Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson will use her background and sharp legal mind to defend our Constitution and help bring justice where it is needed.

Despite her qualifications and experience, Republican senators have already made it clear they plan to attack Judge Jackson and stall her confirmation.

As the confirmation hearings continue, do you agree the Senate should confirm Judge Brown Jackson? Take our one-question poll → [link removed]

Thank you,
