A Three-Session Workshop Series

April 6, April 20 & May 4

4:30pm - 6:00pm ET

Financial Literacy Month

When applying for a business loan, it is essential to have one's "financial management" house in order. Your readiness to acquire surety bonds may be just as critical if you work in the construction industry. Each pursuit requires financial preparation on the part of the business owner to have a successful outcome.

Hosted by the Maryland Black Chamber of Commerce (MBCC), this three-part workshop series brings together subject matter experts, including David Hincapie of the SBA's Washington Metropolitan Area District Office, to discuss the importance of

* Financial Management: What is it, why does it matter, and where do I begin?
* Business credit, personal credit, and how it creates opportunities for you
* Cash flow management

While the workshop series is free to attend, advanced registration is required. Please click the button below to register. If you have any questions about this program, please contact either Ken White (301-774-6400 x7783 / [email protected]) or David Hincapie (202-205-7258 / [email protected]).
