SHOULD CLARENCE THOMAS STEP DOWN FROM THE SUPREME COURT?

Friend, SCOTUS is stacked against the American people.

Ever since McConnell BLOCKED Obama's SCOTUS nominee and Trump was able to nominate not one, not two, but three judges to the court, it's clear the Supreme Court is not the impartial, nonpolitical institution it's made out to be. 

Just look at SCOTUS rulings on states violating Roe v. Wade; the court's inability to uphold true gun violence prevention legislation; and the fact that when voting rights are restricted, the hyper-conservative majority just looks away. 

With President Biden's nomination of Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to the court, we have some renewed hope. But even with a new liberal judge, the conservatives still outnumber us. 

Justice Clarence Thomas has been a staunch conservative on the bench for decades – notable for his far right-wing views and the political interference of his Trump-supporting wife, Ginni.  

If he steps down, Biden could nominate another liberal judge – but we need to know if top Democrats like you believe that should happen. Please, before midnight tonight, let us know:
