Hey all, sorry for reaching out so early, but I'm reviewing some campaign updates and had to send you a quick note.

First, I want to thank you for your support of Senator Hassan's reelection campaign. We're really proud to have grassroots supporters like you on our team, and we couldn’t win without you. Every contribution really adds up and helps ensure that we have the resources to reelect Maggie this November. 

Second, I wanted you to be the first to hear our latest campaign status update.

A few weeks ago, I announced a historic $13 million ads investment in an effort to reach every voter and keep this NH seat blue. In a state with expensive media markets — and in a race that will, no doubt, be incredibly close — this was a decision I had to make. 

But it's not one without risk. In fact, when I made this decision, I knew we didn't have all of the money to pay for these ads. But I also had no doubt that our supporters, like you, would step up and help us close the gap. 

Look, I know that we can reelect Maggie Hassan this November. But I also know that we have a tough fight ahead, and I'm starting to get a bit worried about whether we'll be able to stay on track to execute our full advertising plan. We've seen donations taper off in the past week or so, and with our big fundraising deadline just around the corner, we have to make up some serious ground.
