In the Democratic Party’s very first presidential debate ahead of 2020, two Texans took the stage.

But friend, they weren’t representing Texans like you and me. Rather than talk about our shared values of freedom, hard work, and small government, Beto O’Rourke and Julián Castro advocated for a less secure southern border and radically higher taxes.

But get this, friend… now Castro is telling everyone that he’s going to flip Texas blue, and that he has a better shot at doing it than Beto.

I’m not here to take sides, but one thing’s for sure: neither will take Texas, because Texans like you and me stand with our President, Donald Trump.
