Wall Street is spending millions of dollars to stop progressives from winning elections across the country.

That’s why last year, three of Wall Streets’ favorite House Democrats formed Team Blue PAC, a group that is now being used to defend insider, establishment, incumbent Democrats against their outsider, progressive challengers.

In fact, they've already started protecting establishment Democrats Steny Hoyer, Carolyn Maloney, and Shontel Brown from their progressive primary challengers and DFA-endorsed candidates McKayla Wilkes, Rana Abdelhamid, and Nina Turner.

Let’s be clear, after two election cycles of corporate Democratic incumbents losing to progressive challengers, from Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Ayanna Pressley in 2018 to Jamaal Bowman and Cori Bush in 2020, Team Blue PAC was formed to stop us from electing more progressive primary challengers this year.

From 2004 to 2022, DFA has a long track record of helping progressive candidates win their primaries even in the face of establishment opposition and this isn't the first time that establishment Democrats have tried to stop the movement progressives are building.

They are scared that strong, progressive women like McKayla Wilkes, Rana Abdelhamid, and Nina Turner will expand the squad and continue to grow the progressive movement in the House.
