In 2019, Tina Peters left over 500 ballots uncounted in Mesa County. The ballots were not even found until the 2020 presidential primary election. Collecting and counting every ballot in a timely manner is a county clerk’s responsibility, and Tina Peters’ failure to do so for the people of Mesa County is unacceptable.
