Ending lethal discrimination in West Virginia.

Friend,
The trend of pro-life laws being passed across the nation continues…
A bill in West Virginia protecting babies with Down syndrome from being killed
is now headed to Governor Jim Justice’s desk.
We eagerly look forward to seeing Governor Justice sign this bill into law to
ensure that Down syndrome is no longer a death sentence for innocent babies.
Please add your name to encourage Governor Justice to sign this bill into law
that recognizes unborn babies with Down Syndrome have a right to life.

Research shows 99% of people with Down syndrome lead happy lives, yet more
than two-thirds of unborn babies diagnosed with Down syndrome in the U.S. are
sadly killed.
But thanks to State Sen. Patricia Rucker and Delegate Kayla Kessinger who
sponsored the Unborn Child with Down Syndrome Protection and Education Act
(S.B. 468), these innocent babies may have the chance to LIVE.
In 2018, West Virginians passed Amendment 1, a pro-life ballot initiative to
stop taxpayer-funded abortions.
And in 2020, Governor Justice signed the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors
Protection Act which stops the killing of born-alive babies in West Virginia.
Now, the pro-life citizens of West Virginia can once again have their voices
heard by the passage of this bill that prohibits lethal discrimination.
So please, add your name to encourage Governor Justice to sign this bill into
law that recognizes unborn babies with Down Syndrome have a right to life.
