Do you think we should stop changing the clocks twice every year?

Can you take our quick one-question survey? Do you agree with the U.S. Senate, who voted this week to make Daylight Savings Time permanent year-round? If this legislation passes, we would no longer change our clocks twice a year. So, we want your opinion, John →

YES, MAKE DST PERMANENT

NO, KEEP CHANGING THE CLOCKS

John,

What do you think, should we get rid of the practice of turning the clocks back every November, and “springing forward” every March like we did this week?

On Tuesday, after losing an hour of sleep to start the week, the Senate voted to make Daylight Savings Time permanent.

Now, it’s up to the House to decide whether to act and Lucy will get a vote on the future of Daylight Savings Time.

So, we want to know how you feel: Should we get rid of the annual change to “Standard Time” and make “Daylight Savings Time” permanent?

YES → NO →

We know this is a controversial subject that many of us literally “lost sleep over" this week, so we’re eager to hear what you think.

Thanks for your input,

– Team Lucy
