In Tuesday's Judiciary Committee hearing, I made it clear that the Democrats' Domestic Terrorism Prevention Act is critically misguided. This bill takes extra care to augment the crooked Department of Justice's existing powers, which we have seen target some groups more than others, rather than equal justice under the law.

When we have the DOJ working to smear our own military members, as domestic terrorists, it erodes unit cohesion, and it negatively affects preparedness. I frequently hear concerns from our bravest men and women that they may have like the wrong meme 10 years ago and are more in danger of being cancelled than they are on the battlefield! All domestic and international terrorism should be met with justice, rather than innocent people being targeted by our own government.
