Extreme attacks on reproductive rights are escalating nationwide.
→ A GOP Texas lawmaker introduced a bill to allow for the death penalty for people who have abortions
→ The Idaho legislature copied and passed Texas’ draconian six-week abortion ban
→ A Missouri lawmaker introduced a first-of-its-kind bill that would make it illegal to help someone travel out-of-state to receive abortion care
It’s unacceptable. The right to abortion is fundamental and sacred. Not just in Pennsylvania, but across America. That’s where John has stood since Day 1.
But we need Democrats in Washington to act now. Will you sign our petition demanding Congress act to defend reproductive freedom nationwide?
If Democrats in the House and Senate acted in unison, they could reform the filibuster and clear the way for the passage of bills like the Women's Health Protection Act that would protect reproductive freedom nationally.
John, John has never wavered on this: Send him to the U.S. Senate, and he will NOT hesitate for a second to protect abortion access and pass the kinds of bold legislation that would transform our country.
