After 232 years, the first Black woman has been nominated to the U.S. Supreme Court: Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson. Judge Jackson has had a distinguished legal career with a proven track record of fighting on behalf of working people, safeguarding the environment, and defending our civil rights, including our right to organize in the workplace.

Representation in our government and legal system matters.
Ensuring our highest court protects workers' rights matters.
That's why we're asking you to add your name in support of Judge Jackson's historic nomination!

We are confident she will bring her clear commitment to equal justice and fairness to the highest court in the land. Being the first is never easy; Judge Jackson is doing what so many women have done before her, breaking barriers to ensure that she is not the last.
