Annual Conference Material Distribution Policy
The goal of the Missouri Annual Conference Sessions Team is to work toward a paperless Annual Conference Session. Any distribution of the material in the voting area shall be done only after approval from the Director of Connectional Ministries. Such material should adhere to the stated guidelines and deadlines for approval. There is also policy related to material being distributed outside of the bar (voting area) of annual conference.
