The tragedy unfolding in Ukraine is heartbreaking to see, and our collective prayers are with the Ukrainian citizens fighting for their freedom. There is an urgent need for personal protective equipment, and we at the League are working with other law enforcement partners to assist in delivering this equipment.
Please donate personal equipment such as helmets and ballistic vests to the League, and we will join with other unions to deliver this equipment to Ukraine. Please label your donation “Attention Director McBride,” and drop the equipment as soon as possible at the League office by March 29, 2022, by 1700.
