First, it appears the ATF has begun a mass denial of Form 1 applications for prospective makers of suppressors.?



The agency has been reinterpreting the statute to force people to disclose more information about the parts they plan to use.?



This could signal a major change in the way the ATF views suppressors, similar to how they've changed their minds on pistol braces.?

Unfortunately, the problems don't end there because there are also reports that ATF is now revoking the licenses of gun stores for even minor paperwork violations.?



Last year, Pres. Biden called on the government to abuse its powers to attack gun owners and gun stores.



Now ATF is answering the call, testing the waters, and again overstepping its authority to tread on your rights.?
