Team — recently, we’ve seen GOP-led states launch deeply harmful attacks against LGBTQ+ Americans, from Florida’s “Don’t Say Gay” bill to Texas’s effort to criminalize care for trans youth. But here in Nevada, we’re moving in a better direction.

Under Gov. Sisolak’s leadership, Nevada prioritized equality and inclusion — supporting LGBTQ+ small business owners, making sure people with HIV can get the health care they need, and fighting back against discrimination in all its forms.

That’s why the Human Rights Campaign, a leading national LGBTQ+ advocacy group, just officially endorsed Steve for re-election, citing “Nevada’s amazing strides towards LGBTQ+ equality.”

Folks, this endorsement is a big show of faith in Steve’s dedication to working toward equality for all Nevadans. But we need to be clear — this will be a very close race, and we’re up against far-right opponents who would not hesitate to undo all the progress we’ve made to make Nevada a more equal and welcoming place.

If you support Steve and his efforts to fight for LGBTQ+ Nevadans, it would mean so much to us if you could support his campaign for re-election. This is an all-hands-on-deck race, and we can’t win it without the help of grassroots supporters like you. Will you stand with us?
