The "Further Consideration Stage" of the draconian "Abortion Zones Bill" was passed on Monday with the support of Sinn Fein, SDLP, UUP, Alliance, Green Party and PBP. MLAs will vote on the Final Stage of the Bill on Tuesday 22nd March. Precious Life's final two Pro-Life Election Information Evenings will be held next week. Since the beginning of March we have travelled to Belfast, Magherafelt, Ballygawley, Armagh, and Bangor, explaining the importance of ensuring only pro-life MLAs are returned to the NI Assembly.

Precious Life has issued an Action Alert calling on the people of Northern Ireland to contact their MLAs and ask them to uphold the human rights to freedom of speech and freedom of assembly, by voting against the discriminatory Abortion Zones Access Bill. Candle-Light 'Rosary For Life' at Stormont

Catholic members of Precious Life will hold a Prayer Vigil at Stormont on Monday evening (21st March) at 7.00pm. They will gather at the Main Gates entrance on the Upper Newtownards Road on the eve of the 'Abortion Zones' vote in the Assembly - to pray that the Bill will not be passed and all people of faith will be allowed to continue praying outside abortion centres in Northern Ireland. The Prayer Vigil will also commemorate the 2394 babies killed by abortion since this diabolical evil was forced on us in October 2019.
