Hello Comrade, the chapter's general meeting is this Sunday at 1:30pm! We will be voting on whether or not to expel Councilman Hinds. (click here to register) (click here for voting info)
Here are some of the exciting efforts we're currently engaged in that you can become involved with by joining ANY meeting or joining the chapter's slack:
State House campaigns we are supporting: Elisabeth Epps & Javier Mabrey (electoral)
EWOC Training Series and local Starbucks Unionization Efforts (labor & national)
The NEWR Campaign is entering Phase2 and needs help phone-banking! (housing justice)
- Socialist Feminist Reading Group just started back up and meets this weekend (socFem)
- There is an ecosocialist mini-retreat this weekend. An evening of fun and strategy!
- Issue #2 of the Abolition Zine needs submissions and support (#abolition-zine on slack)
- The Abolition working-group hosts city council watch parties every Monday via discord
- Social media work of all kinds! (Graphics, Video/Photography) (#communications on slack)
- Y'all - the swag calls grew so loud we're doing an art drive and round of merch soon!
- Our Chapter Stewards program now exists and can help you find a place to plug in and folks to hang out with! (#wg-membership)
You can get involved with these various efforts by joining the slack (here's how to do that!) - or attending any meeting on our events calendar, which is open to all regardless of dues.

The Democratic Socialists of America is 100% member-funded, and the Denver chapter is no exception. If you like the work we're doing, please consider donating directly to the chapter so we have the financial means to keep doing it! While we receive quarterly dues shares from National, your direct donation to Denver DSA gets money into organizersā hands quicker. Give us socialist cash to beat capitalist trash! https://denverdsa.org/donate
P.S. Ready to fight to improve the material conditions of our community? Not sure what DDSA is doing or what campaigns are happening? Check out http://bit.ly/DDSA-running-info for up to date information on actions like this one and our ongoing campaigns.
