As Ayanna’s Campaign Manager, I oversee our organizing and voter outreach programs, political work, communications, operations, and digital fundraising. I’m excited to be reaching out to you today!
I wanted to take a moment to explain why hitting our March fundraising goal is so important — and then ask if you’ll chip in to our movement.
We’re organizing across the MA-07 to re-elect Ayanna and keep her in Congress to fight for justice and equity for all of our communities.
Running an organizing program takes a lot of resources: we've hired an organizing director, invested in digital tools to reach voters and volunteers, and of course are making sure our awesome volunteers have everything they need to collect signatures to get Ayanna on the ballot!
And this movement is completely grassroots funded, our average online contribution this month is just $22.85 — and we’re proud of that number because it proves that this is a movement for everyone.
We rely on contributions made in response to emails just like this one, and right now we’re a little bit behind.
