Hi there,
It’s been three weeks since the escalation of war in Ukraine. Three weeks of constant violence, immeasurable destruction and a heavy toll on millions of children. The numbers are striking: over 3 million refugees, nearly 1.85 million internally displaced people and almost 3 million children in need of assistance. In the face of this growing crisis, we’re taking action.
UNICEF is scaling up response efforts to meet the most urgent needs of children. Thanks to supporters like you, work is underway to reach children — from rushing health care and critical supplies to providing safe spaces and offering protection services to children and their families inside Ukraine and in neighboring countries. Take a look at what a gift from you can do to help: |
UNICEF continues to leverage decades of experience working in conflict zones, a massive supply operation and a network of partners to maximize impact both inside and outside of Ukraine. But even more support is needed as the war evolves and conditions worsen.
The lives of the most vulnerable children are at stake and you can ensure that UNICEF remains in a position to do everything possible to extend care and child protection services. Give to help UNICEF meet the most pressing needs of millions of children affected by this crisis >>
Thank you for supporting children,
UNICEF USA
