Patriot,

While today is also St. Patrick’s day, tonight, Jews across the world join together to celebrate the last night of a holiday called Purim.

Purim is two nights in which we share and show compassion for the poor, celebrate our lives and celebrate our community.

We give gifts to two people who are less fortunate or struggling at this point in their lives; provide two types of food to a friend; and close the celebration with a feast.

Each year, I write to you and others to remind them of the story of Purim to emphasize to everyone the history and the courage of the woman behind the story, Esther:

Purim comes from a much more serious story as most holidays start.

In the 4th Century, a Persian king’s advisor came up with a plan to kill all of the Jews in their kingdom.

The plan was approved by the King and a date was set for the extermination to begin.

The Jews, with little hope for survival, prepared with prayer, fasting and repentance.

But the King’s new bride, Esther, also prepared and invited her husband to a feast of her own where she revealed that she was actually a Jew herself.

Esther appealed to her King’s heart at great risk to herself as Esther would be one of the many Jews executed if she had not softened her King’s heart.

Esther’s bravery worked and the King reversed the order of his advisor and issued a new decree giving Jews a right to defend themselves from all enemies!

While our history is filled with stories of men showing bravery and strength to save the helpless, Purim is an example of the equal footing of women and our ability to change the world.

Like Esther saved the Jews, I’m channeling her spirit in my fight to save Americans from the evil forces of the Radical Left, Big Tech, RINO saboteurs, medical tyranny, and globalism!

If you’re able, join me tonight and take part in one aspect of Purim and help out two less fortunate people in any way that you can, then enjoy a hearty meal with your family.

Thank you again for all that you do, and Happy Purim.

Respectfully,

Laura Loomer
