Poll for John: [[link removed]]
Should Roe v. Wade be the law of the land?

YES >>> [[link removed]]
NO >>> [[link removed]]

John,

Last fall, the U.S. Supreme Court allowed Texas Republicans’ anti-choice law banning most abortions to take effect and irrevocably undermined the constitutional right to abortion access. The Court opened the door to gutting Roe v. Wade and ending the decades-long fight over abortion rights.

Now, right-wing politicians in other states are proposing and passing radical laws that ban abortion and endanger women’s lives.

In Florida: Governor Ron DeSantis is expected to sign a Republican law banning abortion after 15 weeks, which is 9 weeks earlier than the current limit.

In South Carolina: Republicans are trying to completely ban abortion if and when Roe v. Wade is overturned.

In Idaho: The GOP-controlled legislature passed a six-week ban modeled on Texas’s that prohibits abortion before many women even know they’re pregnant.

In Missouri: A Republican lawmaker proposed a bill that makes abortion after ten weeks a felony — including the termination of ectopic pregnancies, which are not viable and can kill a woman if not terminated.

John, with abortion rights under attack in so many states in our region and across the country, we’re conducting a poll to judge how people in PA feel about reproductive choice — and it’s just one question.
