Hey -- I just got out of a meeting with DNC leadership, and I wanted to send a quick recap of that call to grassroots supporters like you. Here’s what we’re working on at DNC HQ right now:

• Partnership with House, Senate, and gubernatorial campaign committees: President Biden authorized a historic $15 million cash transfer from the DNC to the House and Senate campaign committees to help expand on our majorities this fall -- and we’re also working to support gubernatorial candidates.


• Changing up our approach to organizing ($23 million investment): We’re recruiting and training staff earlier than ever, and helping fund programs so they can then contact, educate, and turn out hundreds of thousands of voters come November 8.


• Protecting the right to vote before, on, and after Election Day ($25 million investment): We’re fighting the GOP’s attacks on the right to vote and making voting more accessible nationwide.

It takes a lot of money to fund the resources Democrats are relying on to win this year -- and over two-thirds of the DNC’s revenue this cycle has come from grassroots supporters just like you chipping in $3, $5, or $7 to emails just like this one. The DNC is a truly grassroots powered organization, and I hope you're as proud of that as I am!

But we cannot slow down. We have to keep ramping up our efforts ahead of the midterm elections if we want to defend and build on our majorities in Congress, and we need grassroots supporters to step up to help fund this work and more.
