Fellow Georgians,
Today is the last chance to reach my essential mid-month goal. That’s why I’m reaching out to ask you personally to split a $25 contribution between my campaign and the Democratic Party of Georgia.

As you know, I’m a Black Congressman fighting for rural Georgians — and now Republicans think they can take my seat.
They’re pouring resources into this race, ramping up their voter suppression efforts, and gerrymandering my district to try and push me out — all because they know my seat is ESSENTIAL to holding the Democratic House majority.
I’ve never faced an election challenge like this before. So I have to ask, can you help us overcome GOP voter suppression by splitting a $25 donation between my campaign and the DPG?

Republicans here in Georgia and in Washington are setting their sights on flipping our state after Democrats beat them so badly last cycle.
The GOP passed a shameful voter suppression bills to restrict access to the ballot box for poor, elderly, rural, and non-white Georgians.
Similarly, they redrew my seat to make it harder for me to win. And now, my race has been labeled one of the most competitive in the country!
John, if we can’t defend seats like mine this cycle, Democrats WILL lose the House.
That’s why I need your help.
Can you split $25 between my campaign and Democratic Party of Georgia to defend my seat, to keep Georgia blue and to protect our democracy before my mid-month deadline?

Together, we will hold the House and defend our democracy.
Respectfully,
Congressman Sanford D. Bishop, Jr.
