Proyecto de ley estatal anularía las condenas anteriores por delitos de venta ambulante
En 2021, el Departamento de Protección del Consumidor y del Trabajador (DCWP por sus siglas en inglés) emitió 350 multas a vendedores ambulantes por venta sin licencia, representando el 45.9 por ciento de multas totales en el año. Este año ya van 22 multas por el mismo motivo, es decir, el 12.8 por ciento de multas totales.
