Hi John, I wanted to update you on where things stand.

I recently filed my paperwork to run in California’s newly drawn 12th district, officially kicking off my re-election campaign.

Now that we’re back on the campaign trail, my team set up a Re-Election Kickoff Fund to help us build momentum and hit the ground running — we’ve got a lot of work ahead of us to turn out Democrats and make sure voters know what’s at stake this year.

The Republican Party has one goal in 2022: win back control of Congress. And they’ll do anything it takes to accomplish that — bring in record-breaking fundraising hauls, launch attack ads against vulnerable Democrats, and make it harder for voters to cast their ballot.

We set a $12,000 flash goal to coincide with the launch of my re-election campaign because we need to be prepared for whatever obstacles stand in our way as our team works to support Democrats up and down the ballot.
