Believe it or not, but it took less than a day for the shooting in Santa Clarita to be dropped from the news cycle. Why is that? They couldn’t call it a “mass” shooting and besides, it took place HERE – in California, a state famous for our restrictive gun laws. The tragedy – and it was an absolute tragedy – doesn’t fit the left’s narrative; they have a bizarre way of glossing over it. But in that brief time it was the top story, the media wasted no time in pummeling their point that the gun did the killing. In fact, according to MSNBC, we have an epidemic of kids buying AR 15s and “shooting up schools.” And then there is CBS, who said that there have been more mass shootings than days in the year. That would mean there have been 319 mass shootings this year. Think on THAT whopper.
We are pleased to report that the University of Virginia acknowledged their “mistake” in discontinuing their “21 Gun Salute to Veterans” – read more about that below. And of course, Joe Biden once again displays his ignorance when it comes to anything related to firearms.
