When I was running to become the first Latina ever elected to the United States Senate, grassroots Democrats from across the country stepped up at critical moments to help me overcome the odds and make history. I’m now facing one of those critical moments again in my Senate race here in Nevada.

If we lose just one Senate seat this year, we’ll lose our Democratic Senate majority and our ability to continue making progress on our shared Democratic values. Mitch McConnell will obstruct actions lowering costs for Americans, fighting the climate crisis, protecting reproductive freedom, and so much more.

That’s why I’m so worried. I’m one of the most vulnerable Democratic senators in America, and my race has been declared a toss-up. With so much on the line, the DNC is already scaling up the grassroots infrastructure, on-the-ground organizing, and voter protection efforts that will be essential to holding critical seats like mine.

I’m personally asking you to split a donation of $10 between my campaign and the DNC. Your generosity will not only help protect our Senate majority, but it will also go towards the DNC’s efforts to win seats for Democrats nationwide.
