Over the last few weeks, my campaign has faced a surge in misleading attacks from both my opponent and his Republican allies in Washington. It’s the stuff you expect to see — a lot of buzzwords like "radical" and "socialist.” Light on substance, but high on partisanship and pandering to the far-right.

Smears like these are nothing new for us, John. But the reality is our race is going to be very close. The latest polls show my race virtually neck and neck, and it’s only a matter of time before these petty smears turn into million-dollar commercials on TV. So with that, I have to ask:
