In a top Texas congressional race, a bold progressive is going into a runoff against one of the Democratic incumbents who took the most cash from Big Oil.

Incumbent Henry Cuellar also blocked the Democratic economic agenda. And he's under investigation by the FBI. He gives all Democrats a bad name.
