So today, we’re proud to announce our endorsement of Jessica Cisneros in the Democracy primary runoff for Texas’ 28th Congressional District!
Jessica Cisneros is a progressive champion who has been endorsed by issue-based progressive organizations like Planned Parenthood, EMILY’s List, Texas AFL-CIO and Justice Democrats.
That’s why we’re proud to support Jessica Cisneros — we know she’ll do everything she can to fight for progress in the House.

Her opponent is one of the most right-wing Democrats in Congress. He’s the last remaining anti-abortion Democrat in the House , and recently, he’s sided with Republicans to block progress for the American people.
He might have a D next to his name, but he's not upholding our Democratic values.
