Team,
We will not let Trump and his allies get away with their role in inciting the January 6 insurrection.
Today, a federal DC court is hearing a case that could decide whether Steve Bannon — one of Trump’s closest allies — is allowed to skirt accountability. Bannon defied a subpoena from the House select committee to investigate the January 6 attack. He claimed “executive privilege” based on advice he got from Trump’s legal team.
No one — not even Donald Trump or Steve Bannon — is above the law. Full stop.
There’s still so much we need to uncover about January 6, including Trump’s involvement. That starts by finding out what his allies are hiding.
Jason has always gone where the fight is, and he’s not about to stop now. He’ll keep working until we hold everybody involved with the January 6 attack on the Capitol accountable. Will you pitch in to help fuel his work?

On January 5, 2021, Steve Bannon said this on his podcast:
“All hell is going to break loose tomorrow. Just understand this. All hell is going to break loose tomorrow. It’s gonna be moving. It’s gonna be quick.”
Less than 24 hours later, a violent mob breached the U.S. Capitol while members of Congress were inside, preparing to certify the results of our free and fair elections. What did Steve Bannon know?
