Democrats have done a lot in the Senate these past couple of weeks.

We passed a much needed USPS reform bill that will increase accountability and help ensure people get their mail on time. We approved a significant funding bill that includes crucial military, humanitarian, and economic aid to Ukraine.

It’s the kind of work people sent us here to do, and the kind of work I want to make sure gets done next year. But we need to win in November for that to happen.

Every day I grow more and more concerned about the consequences if we lose even one Democratic Senate seat. 

The Senate GOP campaign plan has shown us what’s on the agenda if we lose the majority— term limits for federal workers; making our most vulnerable citizens pay more in taxes; and rolling back efforts to combat climate change.

These are policies that would be terrible for Virginians. But we can stop them if we have the resources to protect all of our Democratic incumbents and win seats that are up for grabs.
