As finance director, I track our numbers to make sure we’re reaching our goals and tonight is the mid-month deadline, the final fundraising benchmark before the first FEC deadline of 2022.

Submitting our report to the FEC is required by law and after March 31st, our fundraising numbers will go public for everyone to see, including:

1. Our opponents (There are five of them!)
2. The National GOP, which has been issuing misleading attack ads targeting Mikie
3. Dark-money groups, which have spent nearly $1 million against Mikie

Clearly, we’re facing a tough race in 2022, which raises the stakes for these fundraising goals and our FEC reports. If you can chip in before tonight’s deadline, it would help a lot.
