I'm running for President of the Maggie Hassan fan club, team.

I want to take a moment to talk about my friend Maggie and why her race in New Hampshire is so critical. But before I go any further, can I quickly ask you to donate $5 or whatever you can toward Maggie's reelection campaign?

When Maggie Hassan came to the U.S. Senate, she made an immediate impact. She walked in with experience, leadership, and a drive to solve problems the New Hampshire way – putting party differences aside to get things done. 

And thanks to Maggie's independent leadership, we were able to save health care for millions of Americans, provide families and small businesses with much-needed relief, and invest in our nation's infrastructure.

There's no denying that Maggie is a star in the U.S. Senate, and that's why I'm going to do everything in my power to make sure she is reelected. 

But she's got a tough road ahead of her. I know it, you know it, and Republicans know it. In 2016, Maggie won by 1,017 votes, the closest race on the map, and polls are showing that 2022 could be even tighter. Losing even one Senate seat means losing control of the Senate and handing the gavel back over to Mitch McConnell.

Maggie is no stranger to tough fights, but Mitch McConnell and GOP megadonors are flooding New Hampshire with millions of dollars to unseat her and flip the Senate red. 

If we're going to reelect Maggie in New Hampshire and protect our Senate majority, it's going to take an army of grassroots supporters. That's why I'm reaching out to ask: can you rush $5 or whatever you can to Maggie Hassan's reelection campaign before midnight tonight?
