I have incredible news, friend:

This race is in a dead heat. If the election for Ohio's Senate seat were held today, polling shows it would come down to single digits – no matter the matchup. In fact, I'm leading Republican J.D. Vance by ONE POINT.

But here's the problem: All of my GOP opponents are multi-millionaires. Billionaire tech giant Peter Thiel has propped up J.D. Vance with a $10 million super PAC. And Josh Mandel is a dangerous Trump-wannabe with his own share of Twitter rants.

Election experts at NBC News say that our race in Ohio could decide Senate control, and this poll proves that we can win it. But it's on track to be one of the most competitive and expensive races this cycle, and national Republicans – including Donald Trump – are coming after me as a TOP target.

Friend, protecting our Democratic Senate majority is not enough. We've got to expand it, and flipping Ohio blue is our best chance to do just that. But right now, we're falling short of our critical mid-month fundraising goal – so I'm turning to you directly:
