Happy Equal Pay Day, John!

Today is Equal Pay Day, which marks the extra days an average woman must work to match what an average man made the year prior. To save you some math, it's 74 extra days. And that's just the average: Black Women's Equal Pay Day won't come until September 21st, and Latina Women's Equal Pay Day will be on December 8th.

As we keep fighting to recover from the pandemic, we MUST make an extra effort to lift women up — and make Equal Pay Day a relic of the past.
