Russia Bombards Kyiv as European Leaders Visit

The Prime Ministers of Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovenia arrived in Kyiv on Tuesday night to meet with Ukraine president Volodymyr Zelensky as Russia lobbed more missiles at the embattled capital amid heightened fighting in the city’s outskirts, as the WSJ reports.

Biden to Europe

President Biden will travel to an extraordinary NATO summit meeting in Brussels on March 24 and will also attend the European Union’s summit meeting the same day, as the NYT reports.

Zelensky to Canadian Parliament

Volodymyr Zelensky on Tuesday urged Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and other Canadian lawmakers to support a no-fly zone over his country, asking them to imagine what it would be like if bombs were raining down on cities such as Vancouver, as the Washington Post reports.
