Last week, we took the first official step on our historic path toward the White House! I filed to put my name on the New Hampshire presidential primary ballot!

While it was an incredible experience to take this step, it's important for us to keep our eyes focused on the big picture. 

Our democracy depends on the people having a choice in who represents them — and the list of states giving their voters a voice by holding Republican primaries is getting smaller and smaller. 

You can bet that as our momentum grows between now and Super Tuesday, Trump and his cronies will ramp up their efforts to strongarm their way into winning the primary. 

But we we won't stand by while voters are denied their right to cast a vote in the primary for the candidate of their choice. Serious times call for serious efforts — and that's exactly what we're doing by getting on the ballot in every Super Tuesday state.

But our efforts come at a cost, John — it takes money to do what we're doing, and we can only win as a team.
