When I first ran for State Treasurer of Delaware in 2018, I defeated the incumbent by running a truly grassroots campaign from the ground up. I didn’t have an arsenal of funds to rely on or a rolodex of rich donors.

And although I’m proud to have grown my network since then through my strong track record as a statewide elected official, I’m still committed to running a people-powered campaign this time around because I know how critical it is to have the support of the working families that I represent — not corporate mega-donors.
