The work we are doing this year - electing pro-choice women leaders who will fight to protect reproductive rights - is work that will affect generations to come.

And as we organize for change in our elected representation, we also need to be investing in our community leaders. That’s why, we are thrilled to announce that applications for our 2022 Political Leaders of Tomorrow (PLOT) Program are NOW LIVE! We hope you will help spread the word and invite your network to apply. The deadline to apply is April 29, 2022.

Through education and training, participants acquire the tools and connections to be a political leader in Minnesota. The Women Winning team supports and develops PLOT participants throughout the program by providing in-depth training in campaign communication, fundraising, fieldwork, and strategy; professional development and networking opportunities; and personalized check-ins and problem-solving coaching.

The PLOT program is an investment in the next generation of political strategists, volunteers, and candidates in the state. PLOT participants are connected to pro-choice women candidates running for office in Minnesota and have interactive, experiential opportunities to put their education, training, and coaching into action.
