Hello Community, 

This Friday at 5 p.m. is the last day to nominate a Black-led organization you love for a Black Seed Fund grant. Take a few minutes out of your day to let us know whose work we should learn more about—and participate in a nominations grantmaking approach we’re trying out. 

Our movements for justice and systems change take time and need ongoing support. Black Seed Fund grants will give the multi-year, general operating resources that organizations require to open pathways towards Black liberation and make transformative change. While organizations can’t nominate themselves for a grant, anyone from their communities can. Learn more about the grant opportunity and how to nominate on our website. 

We want to hear from you this week! Program Officer, Black Movement Ecosystem Duaba Unenra, is ready to answer any final questions you might have leading up to the March 18 deadline.
