John, it’s bad enough that Pennsylvania Republicans are still conducting a sham audit of the 2020 election in order to spread Donald Trump’s Big Lie.

But then the GOP had the audacity to subpoena the Social Security and driver's license numbers of 9 million Pennsylvanians to fuel their conspiracy theories. That’s a dangerous invasion of our privacy — so Josh took them to court.

Their sham audit is just one extreme example of the far-right stances Pennsylvania Republicans are adopting in their race for Donald Trump’s endorsement. They’ve vowed to ban abortion and dismantle our voting rights — and if they flip the Governor’s office red in November, there’s no telling the damage they could do.

As our Attorney General, Josh works every day to protect democracy in Pennsylvania, and he’ll do the same as our Governor.
