Media and Republicans like @TomCottonAR and @NikkiHaley are incorrect when they say we (US) should plan to defend Taiwan before China does to Taiwan what Russia is doing to Ukraine.
First, to be clear, this is crazy talk. We are afraid to confront the Russia military for fear of causing a nuclear war. So the idea that we would confront a much stronger China military with more sophisticated nukes is crazy.
Second, economic sanctions such as we are placing on Russia could never be put in place against China. If so, the. where would you get your prescriptions and most all else you buy.
These TV personalities who act as if they know something are as “dumb as a coal bucket.”

If China invaded Taiwan, the US would have no way to protect Taiwan. China is why we do not stop the North Korean insanity.
The TV experts are over 20 years out of touch with reality. China is the superpower, not America, that is unless you are willing to have a nuclear war.
