They did it again.
Democrats needed Republican votes to fund the government. Senate Republican leaders had the leverage to fight for real reforms – building a border wall, boosting U.S. energy production, defunding unconstitutional vaccine mandates.
And what did they do? Nothing.
Mitch McConnell and his lackeys not only worked with Democrats to pass the $1.5 trillion bill. They brought back earmarks, too – 4,000 of them! As usual, establishment Republicans sold out their principles, their constituents, and our children.
What did we get? More spending, more debt, and more fuel to the inflation fire.
You and I both know that these outrageous Senate votes will not change until the Senators do.
