Hey -- This is BAD. The number of insects, one of the most crucial parts of any ecosystem, is collapsing at an alarming rate of 2.5% percent each year. If this rate keeps up, all insects will be extinct in just 100 years. Scientists say that loss of habitat, pollution, industrial pesticides, and the climate emergency are to blame. We need to do everything we can today to keep pollinators and all insects around. We need to take immediate action to mitigate the climate crisis.
